Hanne Rimmen accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Diners/Discover, Mobilepay, Appelpay, Googlepay, Paypal.
Hanne Rimmen uses a secure payment server, and at the same time has a Premium SSL Certificate - an encryption technology that ensures that all exchanged data cannot be read by outsiders.
All amounts on the website are stated including Danish VAT of 25%
Danish currency is used - Danish kroner - DKK
The amount is withdrawn from your card, immediately after your purchase of the knitting pattern.
If you pay via PayPal, you are not protected by the objection scheme. Read more about the conditions on PayPal's website.
Freight/Delivery/Download
Hanne Rimmen only sells knitting patterns in pdf files for download. Shipping is not added to the price of the recipe.

Feel free to create an account at www.hannerimmen.dk.
When you create an account on the website and are logged in at the same time when you pay for your purchase, you will in future have access to purchased knitting patterns in your pattern library. It will always be the most recently updated version you will find there.
REMEMBER to provide the correct email.
Immediately after purchasing a knitting pattern, you will have access to download the pattern directly from the website.
You will also be sent an order confirmation with a download link. Please be aware that this email may end up in your spam filter (depending on your email provider).
Knitting patterns purchased at www.hannerimmen.dk are exclusively for private use and may not be copied, resold or redistributed in any other way.
Right of withdrawal on digital goods
When purchasing digital goods - knitting patterns in pdf file - you also accept that your 14-day right of withdrawal on the digital product will expire.
Personal data policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone no. and email address.
The personal information is registered with Art-Team (Hanne Rimmen) and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
If you have created an account on www.hannerimmen.dk, it will automatically be deleted after 5 years if you are inactive.
If you wish to delete your account yourself, this can be done under your profile information - this requires you to be logged in. Please be aware that by deleting your account, you will lose access to purchased recipes. Therefore, remember to download the knitting patterns before deleting, if you want to keep them.
We also collaborate with another company that stores and processes data: Dandomain - The company only processes information on our behalf and may not use it for its own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection. The data controller at www.hannerimmen.dk is Hanne Rimmen
You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.
